ETHOS

I see the design process as answering the question “How can I make this better?”. For me design is always a journey of collaborative endeavor;  infusing the client’s dream with my aesthetic until through a combination of art and the science we achieve a synthesis of form and function that leaves us both smiling. Of course the best part is that it’s also a great deal of fun.   

My approach to design is one of empathy. From the outset I try to understand where the client is coming from; the journey that has brought them to this point. This helps me form an understanding of what it is they are trying to achieve from a functional perspective, and more importantly how they want it to look aesthetically.

My goal is to provide a solution that evokes a positive emotional response from my clients; helping make their lives better through elegant design.
